  • Knoppix On my System

    Yes finaly i am using some flavoured linux. I tried Ubuntu and Kubuntu and Granular Linux. Since I joined new Company,I am getting new jerks like this one. My office system is having Knoppix installed. well the basic reason behind it was I am working on Linux platform so before my joining. my colleage Vaibhav had made a system available for me and instructed an Hardware person to installed an Linux Flavour. I used Live CDs Alot but this time i am working on Knoppix on the Hard drive. Its not pretty hard to start up once if you have used any of Linux flavour. better used linux training material from Official knoppix site. its worth to start.

  • How To Download From Youtube India ??

    Sorry Mates, I am offline For few days More so little delays in postings. YouTube India Was launched Few month Back with the Great Applaud. then few month later url redirection Funda Was implemented on the Basis of IP Address. So for an Indian you are redirected to IN.youtube.com (country specific was great).

    I am not Great fan of youtube, just use it for knowledge and little entertainment purpose. Fast Video Downloader and Video Downloader Addon of Firefox were greatly working to Download them. Well I am a bit lazy kind of person downloading video from youtube after a long time. Today both Didn’t worked since they are not upgraded for IN.youtube.com (Youtube India). I thought some encryption in Youtube url is changed. so used proxy to visit youtube.com URL was all same just “IN” was added ahead. Not even a Single Online Youtube downloader is Prepared for IN.youtube, so you have to remove IN. from the url to work on online downloaders like TechCrunch Downloader, etc.

    Thats all you need to do.

    I think Developer had made it for same purpose so don’t get bore Enjoy Tetris !!

    A Good News !! Another Step ahead for this blog since its live on the web. Yesterday PR update reflects were seen. I found this blog to be PR 3. Happy with What happen in short period. just 5000 unique hits and 13000 page hits Per Month is the Great achievement !!
    Not the less Technorati Ranking is also improved its now under 1 lakh. its 72,043 🙂

    So over all i think this blog had some existence in Web World !!

  • Google does not serve more than 1000 results for any query

    This may not be new for you people but its new for me. Whenever you Search some stuff in google. its comes back with a Huge number (I am poor in maths to count that number). I searched for my name ” Abhishek ”

    Query : https://www.google.co.in/search?hl=en&q=Abhishek

    Result is in Image.

    The Big Number 4,730,000. Now I want to see 1000 Result so I add &num=100&start=990 To the query.

    and the output as follows.


    Hell !! only 1000 Search Results are available then why show a big number 4,730,000 . Is that sort of method to make people feel like we cawl the whole web?? why so Dear google ??
