Its all about the Cookies set by the Double click ads to the visitors. All you have to mention is that
Google is third party vendor of your site that uses cookies to serves advertisement over your site
Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and other sites on the Internet.
Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.
Just update your site policy to avoid Hasty Decisions from Big G

I updated my privacy poicy some days back,actually don’t have a privacy policy page till then ,I have to wirte a post on privacy polciy and added to Footer of blog’s page.
